90 Architettura del Novecento a Lignano "Bella Venezia Mare" is an exclusive dining and hospitality environment conceived by the Mondolo family, quickly gaining fame for its elegance and sophistication. The project, designed by architect Gianni Avon, features a compact multi-story complex with a distinctive design.

The core of the building, consisting of stairs and an elevator, strongly defines the main facade facing the street. This central volume, extending upwards, is complemented by a charming porticoed area that adds a touch of refinement and welcoming appeal to the building’s entrance.

The exterior design of "Bella Venezia Mare" is marked by an appealing decorative pairing. The white stucco covering most of the facade is elegantly framed by a blue ceramic cladding, creating a refined color contrast. This color combination not only enhances the appearance of the building’s volume but also conveys a sense of freshness and vibrancy that aligns with the exclusive atmosphere of the venue.

The result is a building that not only meets the functional requirements of a dining and hospitality complex but does so with a style that stands out for its elegance and modernity. The choice of materials and colors, along with the distinctive design of the core elements, contributes to making "Bella Venezia Mare" a landmark in the dining scene, a place where quality and design meet in perfect harmony.

Lignano: Public Works and Tourist Development (1970-2000)

In the 1970s and 1980s, Lignano consolidated its position as a major tourist destination, completing significant public works such as the Pineta church, the Town Hall, and the Arena for concerts. Lignano Riviera enriched itself with prestigious architecture, following the best Italian design of the time, while striving to maintain a calm and quiet environment in contrast to the more chaotic tourist development.
